We know that the main use of capacitor is to store charge in the form of electric field, and we want it to store as much charge as possible without leaking and we try to decrease the potential difference between the conductors. But if we increase the charge of the conductor it will consequently increase the electic field around the capacitor, which will ionise the medium. How is it possible?
