I've been asked to create a surface roughness profile with some given data.
given a list of the DFT amplitudes and phases of a surface roughness profile I just need to plot it. I am confused about what to plot against each other for this.
In a 2-D x,y axis space I'm thinking the given length should be on the x axis, but the y axis is not clear to me. Any help is much appreciated!
